About Mrs. Heitz:

After attending a Finishing Boarding School abroad for six years, Mrs. Heitz returned to join her family in the United States. Shortly thereafter, she was asked to create an Etiquette Course.

In 1982 Mrs. Heitz began teaching her Courses to children and teens. As her professional expertise developed, she added the Adult Courses and Workshops which balance social skills and business protocol.

While working in the Cosmetic and Fashion Industries, she held an array of positions. She had the privilege to work in special presentations of designer Paloma Picasso and the renowned Priscilla Presley. She was a Fragrance Specialist for cosmetic and fragrance mogul, Marilyn Miglin and an Account Executive for Italian Prince Francesco Borghese.

Mrs. Heitz has been the source for numerous radio broadcasts and countless newspaper articles. She is the author of the column "ETI-KIDS, Courtesy for Children and Teens", Founder and Director of The Etiquette School ® & High Socie-Tea Events. Most recently she was featured in Chicago Social (CS) Magazine,the Chicago Tribune and her "voice" was heard on the nationally known LATINA magazine.
